This hands-on full day course covers equine emergency first aid including how to take vital signs, conditioning a horse to accept treatment, dealing with lacerations, punctures, colic, choke, collapse, casting, shock, hoof issues, recognizing pain, sources of pain and alleviation, spinal health, injury prevention and much more! This is an invaluable course for all horse owners, boarding barn owners/managers and barn staff. You are your horse's first responder!
